Pricing Information

All pricing is subject to change at any time. Boxwerks Inc. reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing and product offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, supplier price changes and errors in advertisements. All orders are subject to product availability.

Returns (U.S. Only)

The Customer may return to Boxwerks Inc., within two (2) days of the date of receipt, unused product that was purchased directly from Boxwerks Inc. for a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee.

To return product, either e-mail (returns@gold-book.us) or call (810-231-6960) Boxwerks Inc. to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number before shipping product back to Boxwerks Inc.

Customer must ship the product to Boxwerks Inc. within two (2) days of the date that Morris Island Press, Inc issues the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Customer must return the product to Boxwerks Inc. in their original packaging.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges to Boxwerks Inc.

Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS, Federal Express or Airborne Express. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return.

Failure to return a product within the applicable return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.

Returns cannot be accepted if:

The product is returned more than two (2) days after delivery.

The product is not in its original unused condition or is damaged.

Order Cancellation

The Order may be cancelled up to the date of shipment for full refund.

Credit Card Refunds

Upon Boxwerks Inc. receiving your returned shipment, we will process a refund to the credit card used at time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Limitation of Liability

NEITHER BOXWERKS INC. NOR ITS AFFILIATES WILL BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. NEITHER Boxwerks Inc. NOR ITS AFFILIATES WILL BE LIABLE FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS DIRECTLY BY Boxwerks Inc. OR ITS AFFILIATES, NEITHER Boxwerks Inc. NOR ITS AFFILIATES ARE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Boxwerks Inc. will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God or acts of any government or agency.

Governing Law

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND ANY SALE HEREUNDER WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. ANY ARBITRATION, ENFORCEMENT OF AN ARBITRATION OR LITIGATION WILL BE BROUGHT IN LIVINGSTON COUNTY, MICHIGAN AND CUSTOMER CONSENTS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE FEDERAL AND STATE COURTS LOCATED IN LIVINGSTON COUNTY, MICHIGAN AND SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION THEREOF AND WAIVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE VENUE. CUSTOMER FURTHER CONSENTS TO THE EXERCISE OF PERSONAL JURISDICTION BY ANY SUCH COURT WITH RESPECT TO ANY SUCH PROCEEDING.
